Like yesterday I ran for 3miles and biked 6miles, but this time I burned 4 cals more:), hey its something right. I went from only burning 450 cals, to 630 cals. And when I got home, I didn't just sit down and not do anything... well I did to eat my lunch and then I got up to clean the kitchen, the living room, and vacuumed too! That way tomorrow I can sleep in, and no do anything all day... besides maybe drive to town with Ben(that's my hubby who has been known as B in former post, but its starting to sound a little to Gossip Girl for me). I want to rest, rest, rest tomorrow because Sunday I have a wedding to photograph and then I have to wake up butt early for work on Monday. So I want to be well rested.
I really want to do a blog interview with someone who has lost weight and kept it off with PCOS, and so look back soon for that. I am going to hopefully have it down sometime next week. Also I will try and post my dinner me

I was thinking I would like to interview YOU for my newsletter or blog - seems like you are doing really well with a very "normal" diet. You have a great attitude as well! You have great goals and are really making an effort to see the positive side of losing weight.
