The other morning I didn't want to get out of bed, and I was checking out my book shelf and I spotted my old journal from when I was a teen. I was flipping through it and I came across a list. My friend made me write it one day because she had done the same thing and it made her feel better. I thought I write it here and then try to every Saturday add more to my list.
The title is 'Things in Life That Make Me Happy' dated 1.16.02 funny that that's today's date huh!

I like how you write, "Chicken (cooked)." You are always cracking me up without even trying, Juju! I am so excited for you! Keep it up! And while I am trying to workout more, and cut back on the extra portions, sweets, and booze, it's helpful to know that you are, too. It might not be so fun at the moment of deprivation, but it is sure as heck fun to start wearing smaller clothes!
