Book

Okay, I know this is my third post of the day, but I just started skimming through a book I got last night at Barns & Noble. Its called A Patient's Guild to PCOS, Understanding and Reversing PCOS by Walter Futterweit, M.D. with George Ryan. All I have done is read a few things here and there and I love it already. This will be my thrid book to read about PCOS, and its interesting to see what different people have to say. Then take them all in and figure out what is best for me. So I will be high lighting in my book, dog earring it, and putting my thoughts about it here in my posts. I am excited to get into this book, seems like its going to be really good.
