Day 29

I know I didn't write yesterday, not because I didn't work out but because I was editing photos all night and I was so tired from Sundays wedding and day one of training. Even if I am not working out every day like I use to be, I am on my feet all day long and running around like a chicken without its head. That is what I love about my job. I sweat in the morning and I sweat when I am done at a school, and all during the day I am walking constantly. However training is different and I can actually tell that I haven't been working out because my moods seem to be a little less cheerful.

I went and worked out tonight, and weighed myself. I started the weight lose program on 5 tonight, and it seems like I burned less cals then I did on 4. Weird, right? I am still kinda scared to not be working out every day, because I don't want to gain back this weight that I have been able to shed. And it would be nice to keep this off. So I have decided that no mater whatever, even when I am butt tired at the end of a long work day, I will come home and if I can't go to the IL's I will let Jillian kick my butt with 30 day shred.

O if you are wondering I lost another 2lbs!
