I am now on a new level on the treadmill. I actually start a new one each week on weigh in day, and today I burned 265cals in 30mins jogging and running on the treadmill. It felt amazing. I also biked 6.5miles and burned 200 cals, so all in all I am feeling really good about my workout today. 
I lost another 2lbs this week and I couldn't be more happy. I love that I am seeing results without taking any big risks. If you think losing 2lbs in a week is unhealthy; I am sorry I disagree. I eat what I want in smaller portions, and I work out 3-4times a week. Its not like I am eating nothing and burning a million cals a week by working out every night. So if you ask me I think 2lbs is just fine. But I am not a doctor.
Tomorrow is Ben's birthday and we are going to the local ski resort for the night and out to dinner. I am really excited to just get out of the house, go swimming (yes not skiing) and eat some really good restaurant food. We are eating dinner at the Double Musky; and their Pepper Streak was rated by the Food Network as the best steak in the USA. Not that I am going to be eating it, but I will try a bite of my hubby's.
