For the last couple of nights I have been making spinach ravioli with a light cheese sauce on top. Monday night I added chicken, last night I added cooked asparagus, and tonight I had it plain. It was only plain because I am waiting for my artichoke to finish cooking. Have you noticed that everything but the chicken above is all green foods; I am crazy for green foods. I even had a kiwi with my lunch. Funny thing is green is my favorite color, but it has nothing to do with food.
I have done really well this week about exercising, you would be proud of me. I do 8 Minute Abs off of youtube.com, its a funny picture actually because my computer isn't hooked up to sound. So I have to wear my head phones while I do this. The reason I do 8 Minute Abs is because I use to do it when I was younger and back then I had really defined abs, so I thought I would try it again. Its only day two into in, so give me a month or so. My abs are so sore today but it feels so great. I also have gone on my 2 mile walk every night, despite the fact that I am not jogging because just the word jogging makes my boobs hurt right now.
I am in dire need of new running shoes, I have had the pair I wear now for at least 3 years and I am finding that I get a little blister on what would be my ring toe on the right side. It rubs on the top part of my shoes and drives me crazy. I also need to get a sports bra( (never thought I would say that) because my work out tops just aren't doing the job.
Alright, my timer is going off its time to go eat some more green food.
