Day 16

Its sunny today and bright as hell outside, yet its only maybe 12 degrees. My workout was good and I finished The Music Man today. Yesterday my MIL called to tell me that I might not want to go work out since the lights weren't hooked up yet, but I needed too. So yesterday I worked out with a lamp and that was it, don't forget I am in the basement so its not like there is natural lighting coming in. Today was much better. No more flood lights either, my FIL installed some nice real lights down there. THANK YOU! I can't wait till they hook the t.v. up to cable, you see... we don't have cable so I don't get to watch all the shows that I would love to watch all the time. Its a good thing too, since I am sure if I did have cable I would be glued there and it would be sad. I could watch cake decorating, house renovatings and Wedding shows all day long if I let myself. That's right I wouldn't be watching any soaps or drama, I would be watching wedding shows. Its sad how much I love to watch people go through the stress of planning their wedding, picking out their dress and a bunch of people telling them that they did it all wrong and its time to change it.

Yesterday also I signed up and pledged to lose 40lbs with the Pound for Pound Challenge, its something I have been wanting to do for awhile. And since I am actually losing the weight I thought now would be a good time to do it. So my challenge to you is to do that same, lose weight and feed hungry people at the same time. Also off subject, there was a BIG aftershock today in Haiti, and I have been wanting to donate to Red Cross for a few days, and hearing that today made me realize that I really NEED too.

Alright I should go fill my tummy with a yummy healthy lunch!
