I went to bed early last night so that I could wake up early... well that didn't happen because I had to reset my clock because the power went out. And I reset it for 10am when I went to bed at 10pm. So my alarm would have gone off at 8pm this morning, because I had it set for 8am. I still woke up at 8:20 thought, guess my body was ready to rise and shine. I did how ever sit on the couch for an HOUR playing Bayonetta on the PS3. Then I realized I might want to eat so that I could actually get up to the house at some point to workout. Lazy B got up around 9:30 while I was making my eats and toast, so I handed him the controller and told him he could play so that I could get something done.
I got up to the house and all the doors were locked, so its a good thing I know the garage code. My MIL called later this afternoon and asked if I was able to get. She had locked the doors this morning because some creepy guy was walking up their road yesterday. I ran for 30minutes while watching Annie Get Your Gun, and then I biked for 30min because I hadn't biked in awhile and thought I would change it up a bit. While I was biking I had one dog on each side of me wanting to be pet and o boy if you pet them once, they wont leave your side. Moe who still thinks he is the baby and wants all the attention will sit there licking me and shove his nose under my arm until I lift my arms or actually buy into his cuteness.
I am damn happy with this week, its only Thursday and I have worked out three times already. And I am going tomorrow too. I want to workout four days a week until I start work back full time, which will be soon. Once I do that I will have to go up the house when everyone is at home at night, and hope not to be bothered by little ole Johnny.
Also I don't know if its the working out or its just happened this way... but I started my period today while working out. And all they had up at the house were BIG pads... I haven't worn a pad since they day I was introduced to tampons. This thing was at least 9 inches long, it really did feel like a diaper to me. (sorry if this is TMI) But I feel like its part of PCOS and it should be shared. Not that pad part, but the starting of my period part. And who knows. Knowing me it might be a fluke and I might just be spotting like normal.
I am off to start dinner and enjoy a glass of red wine!!!!!
