Today so far has been amazing. I went and worked out longer and harder then I did yesterday and burned 450cals this time. I don't know how many cals I burn doing weights, so I figured I was close enough to 500. I biked 8miles, did crunches and weights, and then walked/jogged/ran for 30minutes which took me a little over an hour. I also weighed myself, yup I figured out how to use the IL's scale. I was shocked, I would never have guessed that I weighed that much. I am so glad I am getting this all under control before I went over 200pounds. In no way do I feel like I am the weight that it said, but its reality that hit me and made me want to lose this weight even more!
I went grocery shopping today as well, I normally do it on Sundays but I have been really busy. I was proud of myself for buying more whole grains then I normally do, and buying a few organic veggies. I can't wait for tomorrow to try a new halibut recipe. I have lived in Alaska most of my life and I have never cooked halibut, so its going to be interesting. I don't really like fish that much either yet I figured maybe now would be a good time to start trying to like it.
All in all I feel great today. Even though its only been 2 days I almost feel more confident then I usually do.
