Day 32

I love watching the Food Network while I work out! I have never seen Chopped, but I have been to a bachelorette party were we did this. So I was excited that it was on while I was working out, but I wasn't able to watch the whole thing. I think I talk more about the shows I watch more then how my work outs go, its funny and also sad.

Awhile ago I told you I was going to post my two week meal plan, well... I am posting it today, a week late. Sorry. I just got so carried away with work and running to the IL's. I am in a baking frenzy, but I haven't actually eaten any of it. Last night I made White Chocolate Orange Scones for work training this morning, and tonight I am baking cupcakes for our Super Bowl party and for a work meeting on Monday. I love baking and I am loving that I am not eating it. Anyway here is is my two week menu a week late.

  • Broccoli Chicken Bowls (from Rachael Ray)
  • Tacos
  • Shrimp Kebabs ( we had the tuna melts this night)
  • Chicken and Sweet Onion Sandwiches (also from RR)
  • Tuna Melts ( we got take out because I was tired)
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Super Bowl Sunday
  • Burgers ( I mix different things into my burgers, like peppers and onions)
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu
  • Stroganoff with Whole Wheat Noodles
  • Beef Stew
  • Leftovers
  • Steak

That's my list, and next time they will be all meatless because we are Orthodox and we are heading into Lent and so I have to get creative... because my husband is a picky eater.

O I biked 6 something miles and walked my normal 1.5 miles. I burned 420cals.

  1. I don't know much about your religion, let alone the fasting for Lent it prescribes, but it would be interesting if you went into a deeper explanation of what the rules that you choose to follow during Lent look like and how you plan to integrate those rules into your diet and meal planning. Good luck! You're doing great so far!
