I know I haven't been blogging a lot lately, but that’s okay because I am still exercising and I am not slacking on that that part of this whole experience. I sometimes feel like this is more of a journal and I forget people are actually able to read my thoughts. That’s the amazing thing about blogging, it’s like an open journal; one that you can share with the world and not hide under your bed.
My husband thinks I have been slacking on my work outs because I haven't been going up to his parents house a lot. Hun, that’s because its spring and I can jog outside too. Let him think what he wants to because I am doing something right, right? I mean I am losing this weight on my own, in my very own way. I love you hun, but sometimes I need to do things my way. I am sorry I have been working out for about 3months and I still can't run very far, but one day I will. But for now this is working: small portions, healthy good foods, jogging, biking, and no sugar.
 
 

 
 
you're definitely on the right track! jogging outside is way more fun then being stuck inside working out.
