What is Sugar Free and only 15 Calories?

This wonderful Popsicle I just ate. That’s right, it might still be winter outside, but today was officially the first day of spring. And I thought that I would enjoy a sugar free dessert after a beautiful sunny day here in Alaska. My husband was excited when I pulled popsicles out of the grocery bag and then said “never mind, they are sugar free.” Well duh hun!

Ever since I went sugar free life has been so great, I don’t really miss the sugar and I actually think it’s too sweet when I take a bit of someone’s something sweet. Its funny how I went from eating sugar all the time… and now I look to see how much sugar is in everything, and if it’s over 3g then I skip on it.

I went for another walk outside today, and the sun felt so nice on my back. I can walk in the dirt/mud whatever you want to call it instead of actually on the road and it’s great. I could careless how much of a mess it makes I just love the fact that its dirt! Don’t get my wrong I love running on the treadmill, but there is something about being outside jogging and not in a cement basement.

I worked out every day this week besides Thursday, which is really great. I really hope I can manage to lose at least 2lbs though. There shouldn’t be any reason why I couldn’t. This one week plateau was enough for me.

I know this is totally off the subject and has nothing to do with weight or PCOS, but today when I was checking out at the grocery store I got a 20$ off coupon for Kohl’s. How sweet is that? Because now I can hit them up for a new dress or skirt for Pascha (that would be the Orthodox term for Easter). I wanted to be down 30lbs before then, but you know what… I will take what I can get and I am going to look stunning.

Well, its been a few days so I figured I would write more… but I am really tired (was up till 1:30 last night… a big no no for me). Goodnight world.
