I decided today that even though I don't have the slightest clue to when I am going to be getting my cycle I am going to start tracking it all online, even though with PCOS you never know. I got myself an account on My Monthly Cycles and I am slowly starting to figure it all out. I am actually excited about this, because I have NEVER felt the need to track my cycle or anything because I just don't know. If I am going to be loosing weight though and my cycle does start to become normal again I am going to need to figure out how all this works. So this week I am going to work on getting it all straight.
I feel like a total newbie, I am on Google looking up new terms and words like Luteal phase... I don't know if that is something I should have known, but it wasn't in the book my mom gave me to read about my cycle when I was a kid. How am I supposed to know what my average phase is? My goodness this is all a bit confusing already! I really feel like I know nothing. HELP. And not just about this Luteal phase, about it all.
Okay I am going to go figure this all out. Hope you have a great day tomorrow.

A good place to go is Babyzone.com. It is a forum and they have a way to help you talk about it and learn different things. There are also helpful things there to help you out.
ReplyDeleteOn a different note, I am adding you onto my blog. You and I are the only ones that can read it and I am trusting you to this. I am using your email address to add you. BTW I wanted to see if you could help me with my site. I love your signature.
I can help you. I love creating things!
ReplyDeleteHelen has AMAZING books on cycles, it's really helped her. Give her a call Im sure she would gladly let you borrow them. Some of its about family planning but the other stuff is VERY informative.
ReplyDeleteHi there - hope you don't mind me commenting!?
ReplyDeleteYou could also have a look at the Verity website / comment boards

There's lots of useful info there, and it's great to chat with other PCOS ladies, too.
JULIANA! I had no idea you have PCOS. I have it also... Sucks big time, but so far I'm doing well. I'm 13 pounds till I hit my weight loss goal, and after that we go off BC, and see how my symptoms are.... I didn't read too much of the blog, but am going to now... Just wanted to let you know I'm in the same boat. xoxoxox
ReplyDeletefertilityfriend.com is awesome too if you haven't checked that one out already.
