I am in a rut, that’s all I can say. I have lost my oomph to work out. I think I need to do something new, jogging in my neighborhood might just be the thing I need to do when I get back home. Because working out at the IL's just isn't doing it for me anymore. So far this week I walked 2 miles on Sunday, didn't do anything Monday... o wait yeah I did... I got pissed at the Wii Fit, Tuesday I helped my cousin move out of her place for 3 hours and that was calculated at about 1100 calories burned, and I mowed the lawn and that was 115 calories. I also didn't eat dinner that day because I was so busy and forgot. Yesterday... I didn't do anything. It’s sad I know. Today it’s raining and I have to do a bunch of stuff, but I am going to try and work out some how tonight when I get back. Maybe I will just go jogging in the rain! 
But for now, I must head to my house to get stuff done and say goodbye to my sister.
