Day 53

Okay, so I was at the store tonight with my BIL and we were looking for something yummy for dessert for me. The boys had gotten candy to eat while we watched our movie, but I just wanted ice cream or something cold with not a lot of sugar. So I went and picked up the skinny cow, looked at the sugar, holy sh&* I couldn't believe how much sugar was in there. And then I looked at the Weight Watchers ice cream, HELLO 20grams of sugar. How do people lose weight with Weight Watchers? 20 grams, I looked at my BIL and said "That's what I am blogging about tonight." He must have thought I was crazy. I still can't get over it, that's a lot of sugar for 2points.


I'm over it though, and I never did find anything in the cold section. I said screw this I will just eat my jello for dinner. I can however work out a lot this weekend because my IL's are out of town. I went up tonight and worked out for an hour, burned 480 cals and tomorrow I plan on going up there for 2hrs or more in the morning before I have to work a school dance that night. And on Sunday right after church, that is if my husband doesn't have hockey that I should go to.


Speaking of my Hubby. He is crazy. He really is. He had a hockey game Thursday night, played a 3 on 3 tournament today from 1-4pm, he has two games tomorrow for another tournament, and then he has games on Sunday if they win. Then another game on Tuesday. He loves the game, which is good. But I just know that all week I am going to hear " I'm tired, I'm sore."


Alright ladies, I am going to go watch some Olympics with the BIL (who is staying with us for the weekend) and wait for the hubby so we can watch Zoombieland. Hope you all have a good weekend.
